Released Carrot 1-Click Model

Carrot is a cutting-edge vision-language model that performs general-purpose image captioning, image question and answering, and image classification.

Using Carrot, you can identify anything using natural English prompts - similar to GPT-3. Carrot is a significant leap forward in the capabilities of computer vision. We decided to release Carrot to all Banana customers as a 1-click model! Within your Banana dashboard you can choose to deploy a Prebuilt Model and choose Carrot from the dropdown. In seconds Carrot will be deployed to your account and fully callable.

There have been some fascinating use cases of Carrot...we can't wait to see what you do with it!

Major Updates to Stable Diffusion 1-Click Model

2-3X Faster Inference

The Banana app should feel much snappier and load faster moving forward. We improved how we handle state management on the frontend.

Additional Parameter Support

We added support for the following parameters when calling the model: “num_inference_steps”, “guidance_scale", “height", “width", “seed". You can find sample code to call these parameters within the “Call API” tab inside the model on your Banana dashboard.

Shoot Your Shot - AI Edition was a side project for a hackathon that we decided to launch for people to have some fun with. Inspired by the “NYU Girls Roast Tech Guys” Clubhouse room that went viral, we built our own AI-powered version.
